Crazy Heart

Jeff Bridges plays a washed up country singer named Bad Blake who is traveling around the southwest playing bowling alleys, Saloons, and Washed up Bars to hang on to his career. He meets a girl in Santa Fay New Mexico (Maggie Gyllenhall) who is writing a story about him and the fall in love keep in touch and he cant shake his drinking problem he goes back home to Houston. She comes sees him with her kid and he loses the kid and she leaves once they find him and tells him she dont wanna see him ever again.. He gets togther with Tommy Sweet ( Collin Farrell) who is a big time country singer and Sweet wants Blake to write some songs for him. Blake when he was big took Sweet under his wing and got his career off ground. So Blake takes his problems with the girl and her kid to write an amazing song named Crazy Heart and Tommy Sweet makes it a big time hit. The End of the movie is very good when she comes up at the end of his show when he is opening for Tommy Sweet and Blake has become sober and they start talking with a great view of Grand Canyon in the back ground. Bridges just won Oscar for best Actor which he is an amazing actor in this movie and deserved it in my honest opinion.
